Great little watering hole full bar great selection. . HOLLEY the bartender is great personality great service friendly.. reminds me of a bar in Texas. Simple decor. Juke box pool table. Will visit again.

Love this place! My husband and I come here quite a bit. Everyone is so friendly and that tenders are even better! Suzie and Deb are our absolute favorites! But the others are just as nice.

Loved Amanda's Michelada. Went in with my Tia Debbie & Rudy who are regulars here. We went in for a beer & a shot and enjoyed the other regulars. J.W. was nice enough to let me where his Cowboy hat for a quick South Side Saloon Picture. Bryan was another regular who enjoyed a what he thought it was called a Michelin. The atmosphere is nice, the beers are cold and it's all around a very nice establishment. You can watch Sports on there TV's or shoot a game of pool or my favorite is listening to the music from there jukebox.

Yes, yes, yes the most warmest family environment to be in. The lady's are a golden nugget, they watch out for their Patrons. They no how to give you what ever hospitality you are seeking. They have the warmest smiles and the kindest hearts for their place if business. That is true loyalty and respect from me. Thank you so very much for caring. God bless you all.

After 40 years of going in the South Side, I will still give The South Side 5 stars. It has many regulars but the new bartender Holly is fantastic. She is a knock out, funny and talks to everyone. She has brought in a lot of new customers. It is a huge step up for a fun day out. The drink prices during happy hour are $3 for a beer and $3.25 for a well. Other drinks are much cheaper than all the other bars around. If you want a nice dive bar to hang, try The South Side. The regulars make the newbies welcome and you will soon find yourself a new home if you are in town.

Best bar around , last of its kind if you like a comfortable place. Not many left like it. Has only one pool table. But has a smoke outside patio where you can bring your drink and it's enclosed and covered too in case it's raining !! I absolutely love this bar. I also love Susie one of the greatest bartenders around, always friendly and remembers your drink. Very comfortable place.

This little dive bar has great service, great conversations, and a low-key vibe. Megan was the bartender with a cowboy hat, so respecful and fast to service. Had great conversation with her and she made the experience of hanging out at this bar. I'm from Joshua Tree area and she made me feel right at home like I'm a local. Just hanging out in between VA appointments and had some drinks before an MRI and it was a really great experience. Someone give Megan a raise 100% she makes the experience at this location.

This is a great little local bar. Friendly atmosphere and well kept. If you are looking for a place to "hang out", this place will work.
